Mixed Fortunes For SG Petch Motorsport On Grizedale Outing

The two SG Petch Motorsport cars had contrasting events on last weekends Coppermine Grizedale Forest Stages when Steve Petch Senior suffered a gearbox failure on his way to the very first stage. Son Stephen, in his Hyundai Accent World Rally Car ran inside the top five for most of the day, eventually finishing seventh overall after losing time in a ditch early on. Read more »

County Durham rally driver Stephen Petch Junior overcame a catalogue of minor mishaps to take a class podium on last weekends Bulldog Rally, the final round of the 2008 Pirelli MSA National Gravel Rally Championship as he drove his SG Petch Motorsport run Hyundai Accent World Rally Car to seventh overall and second in class B13 on the Oswestry based event.
